Russian-American on Vacation in Hawaii

Go to your nearest vending machine. Purchase a bottle of Minute Maid Orange Juice. Drink said orange juice (because you’re gonna need to be hydrated). Fill empty bottle with two inches of Barton’s fine vodka, and fill rest of the bottle with pineapple juice to a level you desire. Put cap back on, shake vigorously, and enjoy.
