Undergraduate Initiative Would Have Made a Difference

UB was suppose to receive $1.7 million dollars in state aid to help fund and improve the undergraduate program. However, when the funding requests were given to then governor, Mario Cuomo, it was refused. The reason given was that there was not enough money in the state budget.

Iowa Caucus Revisted

With the 1988 Presidential primaries underway, a Generation writer traveled to illinois to report on peopleís reactions to the primaries, the canidates, and then President Ronald Reagon. The following are the three most popular responses to the question, What do you think about our current president?" :
