According to Hesherworld.com, the man wants to petition the Olympic committee into including dodge ball in the 2004 summer games. No complaints here. His self-titled debut, properly titled Self-Titled Debut is an interesting brew of punk and hip-hop, classic rock and funk. I've never been a fan of the rock-rap hybrid, so I really don't take to this album all that well. However, some tracks are worth a listen. "Lighter Thief" is the album's standout song, the "punk song" if you will. "Crazy American Cheese Sandwiches" and a sort-of cover of The Who's "My Generation" featuring the famous chorus--but Hesher's verses are of quality, also. What he lacks in musical ability he more than makes up for with connections in the business. Chino Moreno, Bad Brains, and Biz Markie all make guest spots on the Self-Titled Debut. With an extensive tour in the works, you can look forward to seeing the Hesh himself at a concert venue near you.
