  To advertise your apartment, fill out the listing form by clicking the button below.
Once payment is received or your student status is verified, your listing will be available for 90 days on the OCH website and office.
      
Pricing
 
Non-Student Rates
 
  • $25 for first listing.
  • $20 for each additional listing.
  • $15 renewal for any listing within one year.
    • Student Rates
     
  • FREE for first listing
  • $10 for each additional listing and renewal of any listing.

    How to pay
      We now accept payments as follows:
          1) credit card payments via paypal through this web site.
          2) check or money order payment through the mail
          3) payment in person
