Open Enrollment	July 7, 2008 ~ Oct 7, 2008	Life altering events may qualify for pro-rated enrollment throughout the year.
Waiver Window	July 7, 2008 ~ Oct 7, 2008	Domestic waivers must be completed online. No paper forms will be accepted.
