Open Enrollment	Dec. 1, 2008 ~ Feb 17, 2009	Life altering events may qualify for pro-rated enrollment throughout the year.
Waiver Window	Dec. 1, 2008 ~ Feb 17, 2009	Domestic waivers must be completed online. No paper forms will be accepted.
